SR20DET ECU ? Toggle Switch?

Hey. I got my stuff from Heavy Throttle. I ordered the Stage I Turbo kit and that has a JWT ECU in it. Tonight when I took my stock ECU out I noticed that there is a black wire aprox. 6" that comes out the side of the ECU. At the end of this wire there is a small toggle switch. This is a 91 JDM Silvia Q's with a SR20DET. Has anyone ever seen this before? I'll try and take some pics of it so you all know what i'm talking about. Maybe it is something they do in japan for tuning it. There is also a 2"x4" piece of paper with a whole bunch of jap. writing all over it that is taped to the ecu over the 62. Anyone have any idea. thanks

yeah and i have gone through the processes to make it a fully legal offroad only vehicle because thats all i can do with it.

register it as a kit car.
