sr20det ecu question

my redtop sr was running weird so one day i pun in a different ecu then bam like magic it ran better than ever. i took it out drove like 2 hours on free way drifted for a few hours parked it then got back in 30min later and it wouldnt fire it would crank but wouldnt start. i got it towed home. when i got home i put back in the ecu i had in before and it started right up it still ran f***** up but it started it. so the one ecu wont even start the damn car and the other will started it but it runs messed up. it runs like it has a boost leak or maf wireing is messed up. any ideas

Open one of the ecu's see if you can find something that burnt out.Maybe you have a short or something in your harness causing it to fry the ecu
