This pic is the back of the ecu.. The big circle is the diode, and the inner blue circle is where i first noticed something was burnt and that was a burnt prong.

A diode on my ecu burnt, but i have no idea what it is for, or why it burned out. Please tell me why it cracked, and what it is for. BTW my car isnt starting so i hope this is the reason why.

There are VERY few people on here that can identify that... (At least out of the ones that actually frequent the SR section.) You might try shooting a pm to OM3GA. He might be able to help you.

How are the Fuel injector grounds? Check the grounds around that area and let me know if they are all hooked up or are making good contact.
