sr20det cranks no start

ok so i had my sr20det black top in my 91 fastback running good for a few months....pulled engine out due to the fact that i bought a 92 vert...did my swap and converted auto to manual using the 92 as a donor car ... now the motor ran perfect when it was in the fastback... when i tried to start the vert today it just cranks but no start i have fuel and spark.. and rechecked all my wires they all seem ok being that i did not have to rewire cause it was all done allready just plug and play this time the only thing driff is that its an auto to manual swap and had to rewire for the top to work the revers lights to work and jump the safty switch wires for it to crank ... im baffeld due to the fact just a few weeks ago the sr was running now its not !ne help at this point im going along the lines of possible ecu or ignitor.... idk

did you mess with the CAS? ope up your ecu but be careful....check to see if anthing is burnt, like a diode for instance...also double check your grounds...
