I have both sitting here...both can be used in the SR if thats what your asking, but i have not brought them to the machine shop to have checked out...i dont know if the weight is exactly the same....but you can use the sr20de crank, but you'd be wise to have it balanced and all.

well i wouldnt say "just have to", some prefer the SR20de crank...after i bring them to the shop and have them checked out, i'll be more specific to any differences between the two. I've read that the Sr20de crank isa little 'beefier", but that doesnt make much sense, but we'll see.

Are the cranks cast iron? Or steel?

Since we are talking about the SR20DE I was wondering if it has the oil jets on the bottom of the cylinders like the SR20DET to spray the rod barrings and bottom of the piston. I just got my block back from the machine shop and they busted one of those off when honeing the cylinders.

So the KA24DE has them. Man this really sucks b/c that is really the only thing holding me back from putting my motor back together.

JWT can drill an SR block and add the squirters. They have some sort of jig for it.

My SR already has the squirters but I need to know where to get another one since my machine shop broke one of mine off. That was the question. Sorry for the confusion.

Sr20 cranks are $405 from the dealer. get one while you can because Nissan USA usually only stocks 1 or 2 in the US at a time due to the price.
