Verify you have fuel and spark while cranking. Fuel should be easy as you should smell that in the tail pipe. For spark, either hook up a timing light to it or physically pull one of the spark plugs, ground it out, and watch to see if it's sparking.
It's hard to make out in the video (next time, please no music) but I thought I heard it hiccup there for a second. Try pumping the throttle. Lastly, you can try advancing/retarding the CAS. If it's too far advanced, it will try and kick back or be hard to start. Mark the CAS with a sharpie before you start adjusting it. I normally just rotate it all the way in one direction. One way will be better than the other. Of course, once you do get it running, properly set the ignition advance.
