SR20DET CRANK ANGLE SENSOR READINGS

Guys,

I checked voltage reading on the plug to CAS with ignition on and I'm getting 12 volts on 3 & 4 (coming from battery) and zero volts on 1 & 2 (going to ECU). My question is are you supposed to get a voltage on the CAS plug 1 & 2?

My car dies and I am getting a code 11 (CAS) and I'm checking if the CAS is the problem or the harness/ECU.

Does anyone know what the resistance reading is supposed to be on the crank angle sensor itself?
