SR20DET compression opinion

I am looking for an SR20DET to buy, compression is 150 145 148 150.

The engine is totally cold, its been out of the car for a while.

If the engine was hot like its supposed to would the # be a little higher ?

Would you buy an engine like that to put something like a gt2860rs or a gt2871r ? Its an S14 btw

compression number are normal Brand new is 156psinowadays 150 is normal on all SR's

check the engine more for anyother problems

Yea those numbers are normal. Mine is at 145 150 150 150

those are about the same numbers i have on mine across the cylinders sounds good

hey i hat to bring back an old topic but i didnt wanna make another, im getting an sr and the comp numbers are 180 accross the board what does this mean? its out of the car too
