Well guys while doing some routine maintenance on my sr I broke one of the bolts which holds in the coil pack on cyl #4. I seem to be getting hesitation in 4th gear at 1 bar of boost on the freeways. Is this because of the missing bolt? Does the bolt work as a ground for the coilpack? Or could it be something else?

Current setup on this car is

stock t25sohc mafstock injectorsstock ecuall exhaust bolt ons1 bar of boost

I had mine running without any screws holding my coil packs in, but that is a good observation. Would you happen to know the size of the screws? I need to get some.

no they just hold them in, take a look at the packs the bolt is surrounded by plastic and just has a metal insert so you dont crush it

Do you think that the coilpack could be popping out during a load pull? It hesitates only in 3rd of 4th gear under full throttle.
