Whats up. I am almost done putting back together my redtop sr20det and I cam across a problem The dots on my cas are the opposite of the ones on the S14 Fsm that I am using. My cas part # is 50F01. The one everyone is using on most of the sr's is 50F02. Does anyone know how to properly line up the dots on this one. I have done some searching but i have not been able to find the answer.

Yeah. I want to see a pic of this as well. I've heard of this before, but it was always in the "I heard of a guy who had this issue" tense. First hand would be good to see.

ok. I tried installing this thing the same way you would install the 50F02 and the engine cranks but it does not turn over. I do have spark, but my spark plugs keep on getting wet with gasoline. I also looked in the cylinders with a flashlight and there seems to be a lot of gas in there. All of the pistons look wet especially 2 and 4. What should I do about this. Seems like this could be due to all of the times I tried to start the engine. I posted some pics above of the cam sensor. Seems like you have to click on them too see the pic. I had a hard time posting them.

You might not be getting the proper spark or fuel injectors are leaking. I'd do something soon about that extra gas sitting on top of the cylinders. It could hydro lock the engine, rare but is possible. Use a siphon if you have one.

ok...so I actually got my car to start sort of...when the engine started it sounded horrible and i could not rev the engine. So i removed my valve cover and I discovered that my exhaust cam has broken. im not sure how this could have happened. Any ideas?
