Hi,

at the moment I´m driving a stock SR20DET in my 200SX (S14a) with 15psi, oil cooler, fmic and 3" free flow exhaust.Dyno graph looked like this in spring:

By now I have also got my hands on a AEM engine management system, a naked block with HKS sleeves and wiseco forged pistons (86mm), and a flow optimized head with tomei poncams+camgears, ferrea double valve springs+titanium retainers.

Now I´m missing all the rest, like head gasket, rocker arm stoppers, rods, strenghtened bolts and the stuff I forgot now. What would you suggest me to get next to build a totally streetable 500whp monster? And keep in mind, since I´m from Germany I´d like to push the car on the famous Nürburgring and up to 300km/h on the Autobahn

Thanks,Andy

i wouldn't be using the stock oil pan so I suggest upgrading to preferably a greddy unit. The fuel system you can go with 740cc or even 850cc injectors for the 500+rwhp range along with FPR and upgraded fuel rail, not sure who makes one for 850cc injectors, never really looked. I believe Power Enterprise makes some nice 850 injectors though. Also upgrade to a high flowing fuel pump while you're at it.

to help with cooling get an upgraded alum radiator and with a high capacity oil cooler. and with air flow, getting a greddy intake manifold wouldn't hurt, and the throttle body of your choice.

besides that the rest is up to you - type of turbo, maifold, intercooler, clutch, lsd, transmission upgrades. Just make sure when everything is put together on the engine that it is tuned very well.

dunno if it helped but thats all i can think of
