ok so sr20det started bucking a while ago when every i try speed up fast it will start bucking with in seconds.car idles fine runs smooth unless i give it a lot of throttle, it feels like it starts to buck when my turbo starts to boost but if gradually give it throttle its seems to boost fine. i kind of narrowed it down to my CAS or my turbo

when i move my CAS position it seems to make a big difference in how much throttle it takes to get it to start bucking

another thing the wastegate rod on the turbo got unhooked from the right turbo side (if that makes any sense) i dont know how it happend but i was driving it like that and i could give the car full throttle without the car bucking but it was slow it just felt like i was running with no turbo but point is i could give it full throttle and it would buck at all

The wastegate arm is held to the wastegate flapper (the part you mention as the right side of the turbo) by a small e-clip. If you don't have one, it will pop off again and you're turbo is effectively useless as the wastegate pushes open and the exhaust gasses bypass the turbine.

As far as your car bucking on you, it's definitely timing. You futzed with the CAS, which controls ignition timing, but I'm guessing you didn't use a timing light to find where exactly it's set at. My guess it's been advanced too much, which is why you have good off throttle and idle response, but when you give it some throttle under load, you're running into a bucking issue. If you have a timing light, set it to 15 degrees BTDC, or if you don't, have someone do it for you.
