i have an 89 s13 and i'm doing a s13 blacktop swap, i read "on the ECU side, it is only necessary to connect 6 wires" is this corect?

s13 blacktop is same as the redtop.

most of the extra wires are for the diagnostics port, all you gota do is match up the colors and it should be good though.
