sr20det blacktop not starting

I need help please!!! I just did a engine swap to a sr20 on a 91 240sx. The car is getting power but when I turn the ignition it does nothing. I ran a straight wire from the alternator to the battery and and soon as I touch the post the car tries to crank but doesn't turn over. I pulled out the spark plugs and none of them are getting fuel to them and they aren't getting spark. Im at a stand still right now because I have no clue whats going on. I thought it might be the coils but I used my buddies and it still didn't start. Does it have anything to do with the fuel pump? Could the fuel rails be stopped up? ECU bad? Could the Ignitor chip be bad?

I'll try to look that up to see where it is at and give that a try. I forgot to add that when I first tried to check the spark plug for spark I saw a spark and it almost started and it wouldn't do it again. I'm sooooo lost!!!!!
