sr20det blacktop block is the same than redtop?

Sorry im gonna change my redtop block but i dont know if the s14 blacktop short block is the same of the s13 redtop block somebody can tell me if is compatible?

Just finished up a build with the s13 block and s14 head...... Should be able to do the opposite. Plus I think the s14 has a slightly stronger bottom end.
