My problem is that my car is sputtering at 10lbs or more. Its not real bad but does it every time i boost. I have replaced MAF, TPS, O2 sensor, BOV. Sometimes i see black smoke while sputtering. I did check timing, but i did it from the black loop in the back of the coil packs. I'm Pretty lost about possibilities of what it may be. Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks

Sounds like you got a boost leak somewhere or one of your gaskets are going. Check all I/C piping and make sure the coupler on the throttle body is all the way back to the line. Check all vacuum lines.

Check the welds/connections/hoses on the BOV. Sometimes the nipple can pierce the silicone hose and leak.

If there is some sputtering at idle, it could be one of the turbo inlet gaskets. Real pain in the a** job if that's the case..

Recommend you get braided lines + new exhaust mani gasket if you're going to go down there and do all that work. Definitely braided lines actually, lining up those steel lines to the block was not easy :\
