SR20DET bearings

Got an SR20DET, spun the bearings.My local dealer has grade 0 and grade 1 SR20DE bearings, would either work work for me, and if so which one??

If you spun a bearing, you need to have the crank checked to make sure it's within spec, or if it's possible to machine it to spec. Sometimes spun bearings score the crank to the point of being unuseable. The machine shop that does that should be able to tell you what grade bearings to use.

does anyone know the torque spec for the rod/main bolts and also the flywheel bolts??
