there turbos are fairly common, and easily rebuilt. this one looks like it has a t2 flange.

has anyone used one?

it keeps going throughout the sr's torque curve.

2500rpm ~ 7psi7500rpm ~ 22psiapproximately

Hey, could you inform me how a compressor map works? Or link me to a page that explains it. Thanks!

I plan on running the FP 20g on my build. It is still internally gated, but I'm looking for more of a sleeper look to the engine bay. It should provide for more power than the 2871r with slightly increased spool time...

this excel doc is a must to havehttp://www.rs-enthalpy.com/tun...h.xlsit tells you how much air your motor is flowing based on its size. its preset for the sr20det.

use that for the X axis. which is air flow.

the Y axis. is psi translated into pressure ratiopressure ratio also factors in your ambient air pressure ( for cars in hot/cold weather or at low/high altitudes) .

pressure ratio = Compressor Psi + Atmospheric Psi / Atmospheric psi 1 is atmospheric pressure, an NA motor.

1.5 is roughly 7 psi2.0 is roughly 14 psi3.0 is roughly 28 psi4.0 is roughly 42 psi

turbo by garret explains it in detail, but its hard to understand without some help.

http://www.turbobygarrett.com/....html

some turbos give the max flow rate in lbs/min others do it in kg/s - the conversion isnt hard.

No, I was saying that the Fp 20g is internally gated.
