ok i know this is a dumb ? but do the ka and sr alternators swap to one another or do i have to get an sr alternator i am kinda new to the nissan swap doin a swap in my 92 just wonderin about the alternator thank you

Please search in the future.

You can use a KA alt, you just have to drill out the bottom hole. The KAs use a threaded bottom hole to mount with while the SRs have a bolt and nut. You also need to swap the pulleys

i did search that is the thing and i never seen anything on the alternator seen the p/s and the a/c but nothing on the alt but thank you for the information i much appericate it
