SR20DET air conditioner

[I ask good questions]

I was told by a local swap shop that the air conditioner compressor will only work when doing a ka--->sr swap half of the time. He said that the compressors are different and its hard to find the right one when buying a clip. Is he bull****ting me or is his knowledge factual?

s14 compressor will fit to the sr20det with 3 bolts.. s13 compressor will not, therefore you will have to custom make your high and low pressure line.

hmmmm ......I beg to differ my friend.I am on my fourth s13 and my third SR.All of my cars have had working a/c..Also all of the bolts line up too.The trick is that you have to use a redtop a/c bracket...
