SR20DET AFM part numbers

I researched the part numbers for someone who was short a flow meter and I want to share the info with all you guys swapping in J-spec motors. These are all the ones I could think you guys would need.

SR20DET(S13) 22680-52F00SR20DET(S14 early) 22680-69F00SR20DET(S14 later) 22680-69F01
