I was just wondering how much extra work it is to convert a car to manual when installing an SR20DET. I found a cheap '91 240 with a automatic transmission gone bad, and I want to scrap it and drop in an SR20DET. I know holes and such need to be drilled for the clutch pedal, but specifically, If I am paying a shop to swap in the engine, how much extra in labor and parts might I expect to pay to install in this automatic? (I would assume this is easier than a straight-up auto to manual conversion on a KA24DET because the manual transmission is already included on the SR20DET and does not need to be removed from the engine)

its not going to be cheap, when i did mine it was just a lot of work. but it wasnt hard. your going to also need a different drive shaft and unless you ask them to run wires for your neutral saftey switch and your back up lights your going to have to do it your self.
