I just bought a 240 with a blown motor. and i was wondering what should i do should i buy a sr20det or build a sr20de and make it a turbo. im looking for around 250-300 whp on a mustang dyno.

SR20det is easy to get those HP numbers.

Stock for stock the SR20DET will have more kick and probably make those numbers better. When you take an SR20DE and add DET injectors, harness, turbo and ECU the power is more linear. It will be fast as well, but there is not nearly as much kick at WOT.

Mod the turbo, you could blow an NA block due to the higher compression.
