I have a 1991 240sx hatchback, and it has a SR20DE engine in it and it will not idle, and the drive shaft is rubbing on the transmission case, does anyone have any answers as to what i may do to fix these issues, and mainly how to stop the rubbing, i think a 300zx MAF should help the idiling, but it will not stay running unless you keep your foot on the gas? Any solutions? The engine is RWD, it was in the car when i got it.

If im not mistaken you will have to tune for a 300zx maf. As far as the drive shaft rubbing, what exactly is it rubbing on? The little metal shield is rubbing or is it something major? If its not a significant component trim it up.

And like with every other person on this forum it seems. You need to be more detailed, you can't expect anyone to help you with that.

The idle is probably going to be related to the Idle air controll valve. Or AAC valve. And you cant just through a 300zx maf in without tunning for it.
