SR20DE camshafts worn, need replacements. ???

i recently took off my valve cover to see what my cams looked like, because it has a knock. well my cams are almost unusable. there are lobes on my cam that are clearly warn 1/16th of an inch, based on the ridges. so i was doing some research into buying new cams, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to which one i should look into. thanks for the help.

as a side note, i was wondering if the internals (cams, springs, valves, etc..) that fit the SR20DET motor would also fit the SR20DE motor. i don't see why not but i thought i would ask anyway just to make sure. thanks.

Yes, except GTi-R DET and VET parts.

I'd probably go JWT for cams. I think Crower has some too.
