sr20 wont rev past 5500 rpm

i just got a s15 engine swap in my car but it wont rev past 5500 rpm in any gear.

here is a list of all the parts i have bought

s15 enginefront mount z32 mafstanabe exhaustgreddy pulleysone piece drive shaftapexi boost controller which i dont know how to useapexi power fcblitz blow off valve can anybody help me and i dont know how to use the power fc either

how much are u boosting?

stock boost i have my boost controller off because dont know how to use it or how to tell how much psi to set it at. im new at this stuff

what should i have it set at?

i just ordered a new clutch and exhaust manifold will that help?

and my speed-o dont work is there a way to fix it

Probably hitting the fuel cut. I'd say the same thing ^^^

i messed with my injector settings on my power fc and now its reving to the rev limit which i set at 7150 rpm now i just need to find out how to fix my speed-o

a fuel pump wouldn't hurt though and some bigger injectors
