I followed FRSport's diagram to the T
http://www.frsport.com/SR20DET-Swap-Eng ... _t_26.html

But the problem is when I got to fig4 with the MAF where it says cut and extend, if you follow that bundle back then where it goes from 3 bundles to 1, that whole MAF section and fig5 was completely cut off.

First the MAF wiring was pretty straight forward, it had 4 wires. 2 of the wires which were black and white were seperated by heat shrink and protective wiring which I concluded to be (Black) MAF Ground & (White) MAF Signal. The other 2 wires were (Black/White Stripe) +12v Power and another black wire that I assume went to one of those other connectors that are unused. <- Please clarify if that is wrong..

Second the Last part of the wiring, fig5. When I opened that part of the bundle there were a bunch of wires. In the pictures they are using the SR harness to show you, but mine was already cut, and when I cut in the same spot to use the KA connectors there are wires left over. The connectors off the KA have less wires then where it is supposed to hook up with the SR harness. There is one wire I am worried about, Blue/Red Stripe that looks like a 12ga wire, and there isnt a spot on the KA connector for it. On the diagram from FR, the very last one under 5a says Blue/Red but doesnt say a KA wire color. there is also a pink wire coming from the KA connector and there isnt a pink wire in the SR bundle. im screwed.. <- please help..

When I pulled the KA harness, at the beginning there is 2 connectors, a brown and a white right by the ECU. I cut the brown one off and connected it to the SR harness where the white one was. What about the other white one on the KA, is that just for a consult port like it says on the FRSport diagram? <- please clarify.

Im really sorry about this but Im confused, and what I wrote is probably confusing also..

First off what mafs are u using? You have everything correct for the mafs but some mafs have a ground wire that goes to chassis ground and another that goes to. Ecu ground. If your search for DIY mafs wiring you'll find which ground goes to chassis. I just don't know what maf your using
The blue and red stripe wire is very important. You need to splice that wire into the large black red stripe wire (or any other 12v ign source) that wire is the power wire to your coils when the key is on. That pink wire goes to nothing. When I switched from auto to stick there was a whole lot more than one wire leftover! Lol.
The plug to the dash next to the ecu has a few purposes. Tach signal, speed signal, and I believe temp signal that goes to the gauge cluster and yes, consult port. Just match the colors there and you will be fine. Also what year is your car and what gauge cluster are you using?

Oh and the brown wire, if you are wiring the SR brown wire the the ka brown wire by the fuse box, make sure the chassis wire is 12v with key on. That is the wire for the heater into the o2.
