queston about the turbo. i just bought a 1990 240sx with a gt28rs but stock injectors. what size injectors will i need and how much horsepower will this turbo support? plus what is a safe hp of a stock bottom end sr20det red top?

No, not useless. Use that magic button that we just showed you and you'll see how useful it really is. Everything I knew about swapping my engine I learned on this forum. There is a sh** ton of information here, and I'm sure there are numerous thread covering your question. You just have to find them. I work at best buy, and the worst part about it is having to hold people's hand and spoon feeding them everything when they want to know something. Don't be one of those people.
