Okay guys, I've finally got the car running but have no boost. Here's what its got. Front mount, full custom 2.5" pippings, SSQV BOV, headers, divorced dump, 3"down pipe. Idles pretty good, I go and rev it up to 3500 and I have zero on my boost gauge. I have no leaks in my pipping or intercooler, my wastegate isn't stuck open and when I checked for leaks I used an Idea I found on here. I put a compressor quick connect onto a coupler and put it onto the intake of the turbo and put 15psi to it. Found one leak, sealed it up and now it hold 25psi no leaks. Not even from the compressor housing. Spins freely, zero play, and doesn't really make any noises. So does this mean its blown or what else could be the problem? I just can't see it being blown if it can hold pressure in the compressor housing, yunno.

I take it that you were doing this with the car stationary. If so you will have to rev it much higher than 3500 to get boost. Under load it is a different situation altogether as there is much more air flowing through the engine than at idle.

Try going up to say 5000 and you should start to see boost. Or take it for a short drive and that should give you boost at 3500.

Ha...... I'll have to put my dump pipe back on tomorrow and try giving it a drive. Stupid newby mistake on my part. Hopefully that does the damn thing. I don't have anyone else to ask so thanks for the reply

You were soo right about needing to take it for a drive it, it definately gets boost. Actually the car kinda scared the crap out of me. I came around my block and didn't even put it to half throttle and it was out like a bat out of hell, and shot up to 60 quick as hell. I put a JDM LSD in while doing the swap and boy does it drive nice. Had no brakes though!!! Pumped them a few times and had something, enough to stop. I guess I used them a little too much when the car was motorless and they need to be bled. Anyways Thanks for the advice.
