for some reason the turbo is to big and wont let my manifold sit flush. help?

loosen the nuts securing the compressor housing and rotate it clockwise until it clears. Be sure to tighten the nut again.

You could also loosen the snap ring on the SR T25 and rotate the compressor housing clockwise (away from the manifold) until it clears the exhaust manifold.

Those bolts are always frozen. Heat and penetrating oil are your friend. Good luck.
