sr20det engine/transmission in a 91 180sx

before i get flamed let me explain, haha! i've searched the web, forums, etc and gotten a few possible answers. 1 - tob, 2 - pilot bearing 3- synchros (and maybe 1 more)

basically, i have a "whine" when i'm releasing the clutch in 1st gear only. it usually only does this during a cold start, i dont hear it at stop signs or lights (after it's been running). i have a video of the sound, hope it helps.

thanks in advance for your help

im not quite sure if i could hear the wine your talking about in the video, i heard for just a second what sounded like tire squeal, and i heard a deeper rubbing sound when the cam was outside the window, could you give me a time on the video exactly when you start hearing it?
