sr20 transmission wire.

i bought a sr20 blacktop motor and transmission with stage 2 clutch after market fuel injectors. i am put'en it in a week or 2 it should be all in and runnen.. oh and i need the clutch tool to put it in .. any ideas were i can get one? i tryed my local shops but they wont sell just the tool for the clutch.

and on the transmission there is 2 brown wires near the back right side of the transmission and one of the wires and cut. wat are these wires for im not sure and i could find no other forums on this..
