SR20 transmission plate

need help/info on were to find a the transmission plate that goes in between the motor and transmission on a SR

the guy i got it from said its either a "but plate" or "back plate" couldnt understand his japanese

Yeah, it goes between the block and flywheel. If you don't have one, you should hit up an importer of these engines. They usually have spare stuff like that lying around.
