sr20 transmission/ alternator wiring

i have a redtop in my 91 s13 and had a few questions as where to connect the plugs from the ka transmission harness, the plugs do not match up on the sr transmission and the ka transmission harness, i was wondering if someone has a diagram, pictures, whatever that could help mealso ther are several grouding wires from the alternator that plugged right into the ka alternator but dont seem to match up on the sr alternatorcould someone provide me wiht some info
