SR20 TPS problem!!

hey guys i was just doing some checkup on my sr20. found out my signal wire is so off

im getting
5v - Reference Volt
4.70 - Signal Volt with it closed. 1.03 - Signal Volt with it WOT.

Without the TPS female end attached. I measure the Signal Wire, reads 2V

I tried adjusting the TPS. it only goes up to 5.08 MAX and down 4.70 LOWEST, cannot go back down to .45v

So what is going on? Bad tps?

I'd disconnect it and check it at the harness first. Make sure its not an upstream short.
