SR20 Top Feed Fuel Rail Swap - Car wont Start

Hey guys i'm new to the forums but had a question, maybe sombody could help me out with. Yesterday we changed my sr20 to top feed fuel rail (HKS) along with (aremotive) fuel regulator and all lines and fittings were made at (Earls). The injectos i got are Precision Injectors (1000cc) after getting everything onto the car, now the car wont start. I'm also using Power FC for my ECU. We changed the fuel ratio in the Power FC to where it should be for 1000cc injectors also we used 4x 10oh 10w resistors. Everything seems like its right but the car will not start, not sure if anybody else has had the same issue or can give me any information on what i can do to get it fixed it would be greatly appreciated.
