sr20 to 95 hardbody cluster help

ok so i took my car to a shop (touge factory) to finish the wiring on my swap and they got it running and said i need a 240sx dohc cluster and wiring harness for it because the stock cluster wont work. they said they wont be able to get to it for another 2 weeks i think thats stupid. so im here stuck trying to figure out how it needs to be wired, i saw someone combine a 240 cluster wiring harness to a hardbody and he was able to run the stock cluster. is there a thread i havent found or can someone point me in the right direction.
