sr20 tach?

ok after i put my sr in i looked up vacuum lines and other small things. i got it all runnin good. well driveable..but my tachometer isn't working anymore, and its also surging up and down through rpms??! i'm pretty confused. any suggestions or solutions would be very much apppreciated.

If you didn't swap out your tach for a 91-94 tach, do so now. The SR puts out a different tach signal than the SOHC KA, but it's the same as a DOHC KA.

As far as the drivability issue, i would double check your timing and whatnot after you get the tach working.

ok so i need a twin cam tach? and yea i'll check on the timing tonight
