I just got a 89 240sx. It needs a new engine. My friends tell me I should get a SR20. Do you think I should? I just needed some one who knows these cars opinion.

sr20 would be ideal for a 240 if you want to replace the KA imo, you need to search and you can find more info than your going to be able read probly on the motor and everything youll need to know about getting it and getting it put in. Your asking a real basic question, on a technical section at that, you need to do alot of reading and searching first

SR20 is not your only option. You could go CA18DET, RB20/25/26DET also. SR20 is simply the most popular. SEARCH for more info
