I finally just gave in and got a SR20 T25 setup for $175 . Just cant beat that kind of cheapness and it will get the job done. So anyways, I ran a little search and cant seem to find the old info on exactly what you need and what needs to be done to get this setup to work properly.

As I remember you need the sr20 intake tube or have to make some crazy inlet pipe. I do know that you need a sr20 downpipe though. Is there anything else that I should know?

Thanks

I think someone on here did that and the only problem was that the oil line coming out of the block was different than the SR on and they had to get some sort of adapter.

CA ex manifold will fit on turbo. will not fit directly.you have to modified your turbo inlet and compressor housing to fit. little here in there you have to change but that is the main problemP.S I would of sell you the sr T25 kit come with manifold and whole turbo set with lines and eveyrthing for 200. T25 came out of black top S13.

I hope thi swill help

I've got an SR t25 from a blacktop on my car...

I used CA oil lines, made my own intake pipe that comes off straight like the stock CA one so I can use a stock CA rubber intake pipe, and I had to clock the compressor SLIGHTLY to clear the manifold. Took like 30 seconds tops to clock it. You just made an excellent purchase bro

Im pretty happy with how much I paid considering it was $175 shipped from Texas for this heavy package. The turbo also has zero shaft play.

So is it possible to use a SR20 intake tube or would I need to make my own inlet pipe? I want to use a stock SR20 inlet pipe so I can resurc my bov easy and I dont want to deal with having a custom inlet pipe made.

it depend on which turbo u got from the SR, as u state u got the .80 A/R it's from the ealier SRwill fit on stock CA mani ,but!! u have to clock the comp housing. if not done properly...it won't work. the atuator arm won't reach. YES u need the inlet pipe or make one. stock oil and coollant line will work ( w/ some bending..took me a lil bid of work the 1st time. Taka line will be great, ( I'd e-mail them before u order so they know it's a CA and not SR, the oil feed line id differrent. but everything else= direct bolt-on . I'havn't yet to order mine..but did talk to them via- email to confirm...waitting for my T28 1st. still collect parts and funds. -_-"" just my .o2 C
