SR20 Swap Or Keep The KA?

hey guys im new to the forum and could use all the knowledge anyone has out there. i need to know which engine would be best for my car. im looking for power and taeing it to the track. i have a 1993 hatchback 240. i want the sr20. im not sure how hard it is to swap it for the ka and what i in fact need. were could i get one?
