SR20 swap... KA24 transmission bell housing swap?

i reaserched alittle and came to find that you can do a bell housing swap on the ka24 transmission and have it fit right up with the sr20... now here is were i get a head ache, are these bell housing swaps bolt on? do you use a sr20 clutch and flywheel... or a sr24 fly and clutch? And finally, were can i find this bell housing swap? thanks for the helpAdam
