Sr20 swap into a Zeni coupe, speedo does not work

k, so I have a 89 240sx coupe wth HUD, I swaped the tach to a dohc tach and tht works, I swapped speedo sensors too ( a sohc, dohc and the one the motorsetcame with ) and my speedo does not tell speed

It lights up and shows 0 but when im driving down the road it doesnt read the speed and I've checked all my wiring connections, and swapped th sensors and im out of Idea's.

anyone else have this problem ? or know what to do to fix it ?
