Sr20 running lean

Hey guys, i'm in the process of finishing up my sr20det swap and i've been searching around for a while on this and can't seem to find anything on this.

I haven't driven the car yet so I don't know what the afr would be while driving but at idle it's pegged on my AEM wideband at over 18:1, the car stalls out when I unplug the MAF so I dunno if that's the problem, also if I unplug the o2 sensor I get no change in the way the engine runs.

If anyone's experienced this before and has some insight i would really appreciate it. Thanks


edit: it also idles choppy i've set the timing to 15 degrees btdc and the idle is set for around 800 rpms it likes to stall out when it gets completely warm too
