Hopefully some of you SR savy guys can help me out with a few things.

I found out that the wiring harness modification is minimal to swap an S14 SR into an S14. So this has led me to give up my plan to doing an RB25 swap.

Now I got a few questions. When I put the motor in, Id like to change out the stock manifold, but keep the stock T28. But on all of the sites, Im only seeing manifolds for the T25? Will a T28 bolt up to these manifolds? Also will I need new turbo lines? Turbo elbow?

Any other information that anyone ahs, please, let me know!!!

The t28 will bolt up to a t25 manifold housing. They are in the same "T2" flange family. You will need to modify the lines for it. As far as the manifold swap goes unless your getting a high end one you might just want to stick with the stock cast one so you won't have to worry about cracking. You will also need a clocking adapter kit. http://www.frsport.com/FRSport....html here is one option.

I am running a t28 and "t25"aftermarket manifold. Manifold is a cheep megan racing p.o.s, but it hasn't cracked on me yet. If you do go with a cheep manifold, take my word,1. DO NOT use the gasket that comes with it, it will leak. Use an s15 gasket. 2. the mating surface of the manifold that attaches to the head will most likely be warped, you have to bring it to a machine shop and have them machine it down flat, or again, it WILL Leak. And just remember, since the car is turbo, its is much worse to have a leaky manifold than in an NA car. Stock turbo lines worked fine for me, but i later upgraded to ss lines, its a good idea if you ave the extra cash.

P.S. I have no clue what a clocking adapter kit is.

Yes the T25 Mainfold will work with the T28 , including: T25, T28, GT25R, GT28R, GT28RS, GT2871R, GT2876R, GT3071R-WG, GT3076R-WG, etc. all the same flange

The stock mainifold is good for response and will spool quick cuz its a short runner, but if you want more top end power then a longer runner is what you want.

I would invest in some SS turbo line it will reduce the chances of stripping out the Oil feed line on the block.

if your SR come with the Stock elbows then no you wont need to buy new ones

Clocking adapters are for ppl who have R/T SR and wanna install a T28 so clocking adapers are need to use the T25 outlets on the T28 turbo.Seeing that he is getting a S14 B/T the clocking adapers will not be needed
