Im swapping an sr into my s13 and i wanted to know if igot an aftermarket 3 inch down pipe would it fit to my stock cat converter?

Yes, an exhaust shop could use a reducing pipe to weld them together, but why would you want to? 3 inch downpipe to a restrictive converter is a little ridiculous. Also, try the SR20DET rwd forum next time. You'll most likely get better answers when it comes to SR swaps.
