Sr20 Problems

Ok, I have a sr redtop in my 240sx. Recently it starting acting up so I started throwing parts at it on suggestions from others, but nothing helped. I just noticed this week that the idle drops by as much as 300 rpm when the headlights and/or blower is turned on. They do not return to normal until after everything is switched off. The rpms even decrease when the brake pedal is pushed from the tail lights coming on! Originally the idle was at around 600 before this video below, but I cleaned out the iacv a little bit with maf cleaner and then adjusted the idle screw. Whether I got everything out or not, I don't know and rather doubt. I just didn't want to over-do it and then not have my car start as I've read about. I also have problems with power: there isn't any. The car struggles and almost dies taking off from a stop sign. I don't get almost any power until around 4500 rpm and then I only get some.
