OK I live in Arizona and I have a 93 coupe with an SR20 and I desperately need to pass emissions I don't have a cat and have a full 3 inch exhaust, if I just put I different exhaust with a muffler and cat would I be anywhere close to passing?

Or if anyone knows of any other ways I can pass emissions in AZ just let me know I have cash ;) Reall Aprectiate it

I can't speak from experience, but my guess would be that if you added a cat and muffler, you'd be a lot closer to passing that you are now. Having a tune-able ECU would also be of a great benefit in a situation like this.
