As of right now, my electric fans are controlled by a toggle switch in my interior...I need to wire it to the switch as well but, I haven't got around to it yet.Long story short, I forgot to flip the switch one morning and my sr built up pressure and blew the top radiator hose off. I heard the pop and saw smoke (I assume coolant burning off the hot engine), and pulled over. The car didn't get completely to the top of the heat gauge, it was on roughly the next to last marker.Anyway, I've noticed some white smoke coming from my exhaust now, and I know this could be an indication of a blown head gasket...I'm not sure if there was this much smoke previously and I'm just being paranoid now or if I actually messed something up.Its been a few weeks and I have yet to see my coolant level drop any.As long as the coolant isn't being used, is there anything to worry about?

Basically, yes.

If your coolant level isn't dropping, it doesn't mean your car isn't burning coolant. It just means that your car isn't replacing the burnt coolant with new coolant, instead it is replacing it with air or oil.

You need to do a compression and leakdown test to verify your HG is blown.
