I am sure some have, but no one can guarantee anything from anyone on ebay. Try looking for an independent company like phase2

Almost anyone who has bought motors from ebay or those cheapo webstores has gotten burned. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Check the sponsors sites, JARCO etc. Personally I have bought from Chip @ Cardinal Performance. He sells extremely clean stuff at reasonable prices.

I got my motor off ebay with everything minus the ignitor for 1650 + 85 shipping. It's a good one. User is actually a company somewhere in florida that sells many different types of motors. I think its called "race up" username is "raceup".

I got one from a guy near saint louis, MO. I was able to go check it out then pay for it, I would never blindly send that much cash. All good so far.
